How it works

Hold to charge. Let go. Hope.

That is the entire control scheme. Everything after it is you slowly learning what a sausage does when it hits a wooden plank at speed — and tapping at the right moment to flip it back over.

Planks tilt, vanish, slide and lie to you. Springs fire, shelves spin, saw blades turn, gas burners flare. The pot on the stove is the only thing that ends a level well.

Seven kitchens

The weather changes. The sausage does not get better at flying.

Each section has its own light, its own weather and its own traps. Stars unlock the next one — three hidden in every level, and you rarely get all three on the first try.

A look inside

Endless mode, a wardrobe, and a ghost of your best run

Endless has no finish line — one long kitchen, your own best distance to beat, and your previous run replaying beside you so you can see exactly where you got greedy.

I reinstalled and my progress is gone

The save lives on your device — no account, no cloud copy, which is also why the game needs no login and works on a plane. Deleting the app deletes it. Purchases are not lost: open STORE and tap RESTORE PURCHASES.

I paid but the coins did not arrive

Coins are added only once Apple confirms the payment, so a slow network can delay them a minute. If they are still missing, tap RESTORE PURCHASES in the store. Still nothing? Email me the date of the purchase.

How do I turn off the daily reminder?

Open SETTINGS and switch Daily reminder off — or turn notifications off entirely in iOS Settings under SausageDrop.

A kitchen is locked and I finished the levels

Stars unlock kitchens, and stars are collected, not earned by finishing — three are hidden in every level. The section header shows how many you have of how many you need. Coins are the shortcut.

The leaderboard is empty

Sign in to Game Center in iOS Settings, then open RANKS and tap GAME CENTER. Only Endless distance is ranked. Skip it and your own best runs are still kept on the device.

The screen is sideways

SausageDrop is landscape only, on purpose — the kitchen is wider than it is tall. If it will not rotate, check that Portrait Orientation Lock is off in Control Centre.

Purchases

What can be bought, and what cannot

Coins buy cosmetics — sausages, planks, backgrounds, kitchen decorations — and can open the next kitchen early. Every coin can also be earned by playing. Nothing in the 60 levels is behind a payment, and no skin changes how the sausage behaves.

ItemPriceWhat you getType
100 coins$1.99A couple of cheap skinsOne-time
550 coins$6.99A mid-range sausage or a section unlockOne-time
1,200 coins$12.99A rare skin, or two kitchens opened earlyOne-time
3,000 coins$27.99A legendary sausage with moving coloursOne-time
Sausage Pass$4.9930 days, a second reward on every day of the pass calendarOne-time, 30 days

Prices are shown in US dollars; the App Store charges the equivalent in your local currency, including tax. The Sausage Pass does not renew itself: it runs 30 days from the day you buy it, then ends — there is no subscription to cancel. Everything bought stays on your Apple ID: tap RESTORE PURCHASES in the store or in settings to get it back on a new device. Payments are handled entirely by Apple; refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Terms of use: Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to SausageDrop.

SausageDrop collects nothing

That is the whole policy. The rest of this section only explains what it means in practice.

What is not collected

No analytics, no advertising code, no tracking, no crash reporting, no accounts. The game does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, location or device identifiers, and it does not build a profile of you. Nothing is transmitted to the developer or to any third party, because the game makes no network requests of its own.

What is stored, and where

Your progress is saved on your device only: the nickname you type at the start, your levels and stars, your coin balance, the items you own, your settings and your best Endless distance. None of it leaves the device. Deleting the app deletes all of it immediately and permanently; there is no copy anywhere else.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple tells the app only whether a purchase succeeded, so coins can be credited. The developer never receives your name, card number or billing address. Apple's privacy policy governs that transaction.

Game Center

If you sign in to Game Center, your best Endless distance and the display name Apple provides are submitted to Apple's leaderboard so it can be ranked. This is optional, happens only through your own sign-in, and is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

Notifications

If you allow the daily reminder, iOS schedules and delivers it on your own device. The text is already inside the app; nothing is sent from a server and nothing about you is sent anywhere. Switch it off in the game's settings or in iOS Settings at any time.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, children included. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing to request, correct or erase — but questions are welcome at the address above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new effective date.
